To address these challenges, the Greenway Renewable Energy Implementation Organization (GREIO) has launched a Sustainable Livestock Development Program. A) Livestock Support and Distribution

The Greenway Renewable Energy Implementation Organization (GREIO) provides livestock such as cows, goats, and poultry to rural families based on their capacity, resources, and local environmental conditions.

The support package includes:

Distribution of healthy, vaccinated animals to ensure disease-free and productive livestock.
Provision of initial feed, housing assistance, and veterinary guidance to help families start sustainable livestock rearing.

B) Integration with Renewable Energy Systems

Biogas is used for cooking, lighting, and small-scale power generation, reducing dependency on firewood and fossil fuels.
The leftover bio-slurry from the biogas plant is an excellent organic fertilizer used for vegetable gardening and crop cultivation.
